The CT Paid Leave Aflac call center will be closing for scheduled maintenance at noon on Friday, 5/9/25. You can still use the automated phone system to get claim or payment status updates. In addition, you can create a new claim or check the status of an existing claim at any time through the online portal. The call center will re-open at 8:00AM on Monday, 5/12/25.
