The Board of Directors is a diverse group that is representative of our state, with members from different geographical areas, backgrounds and industries. It includes representatives from both the public and private sectors.

The CT Paid Leave Authority Board of Directors provides direction and recommendations to the CEO relating to the governance of the CT Paid Leave Authority, acts as an advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and facilitates communication between the CT Paid Leave Authority and the community, and performs other functions required by law or otherwise as necessary or appropriate to further the CT Paid Leave Authority’s purposes.
