CT minimum wage increased on 1/1/2025. Accordingly, in connection with claims relating to leaves that begin on or after 1/1/2025, the base weekly earnings amount subject to 95% wage replacement (40 times the minimum wage) will be $654 and the overall weekly benefit maximum will be $981.

CT Paid Leave is a quasi-agency of the State of Connecticut. As such, all Board of Director and Committee meetings are open to the public. All meetings are virtual. The materials, including agendas and meeting links are available for each meeting.
