CT Paid Leave Law and Policies

Read the law that established the Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Authority and the CT Paid Leave program.

The documents below govern the CT Paid Leave Authority and explain the various policies by which the Authority operates (as a quasi-public agency, the Authority's policies are equivalent to regulations of state agencies).

Finance and Accounting Policy

The Authority is proposing revisions to its Finance and Accounting Policies and Credit Card Policy, in order to make minor adjustments to the financial practices of the CT Paid Leave Authority.  To submit comments regarding either of these policies, please email the comments to michael.cisar@ct.gov, including the subject line “Revised Finance Policies.”
